A Return Authorization# (RA#) must be assigned to all items before being returned to coolshadesails.com. The RA# can be obtained by E-mailing customer support. RA# are invalid after 30 days.
The RA# must be prominently displayed on the shipping label. If the RA# is not visible, the shipment may be refused. DO NOT write the RA# on the outside of the manufacturerÂ’s boxes. PLEASE WRITE THE RA# ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.
Returned unopened boxes will be fully credited less shipping.
Items returned in boxes that have been opened will be inspected for completeness and appropriateness for resale. If returned complete and in condition to be resold as new, as determined by coolshadesails.com, the buyer will receive a credit less a 15% restocking fee. It is required that all items are return complete with no missing parts or opened parts bag. Also, required to receive a credit no dirt, grass or signs of use.
***Very Important*** Items arriving in a broken or damaged container with damaged item/s are the responsibility of the shipping company and must be addressed with the shipping company. Please inspect all packages carefully!
Defective or damaged goods will be replaced upon return. E-mail customer support before returning any defective item to receive an RA#. This will expedite the forwarding of any necessary replacements to you.
